I’m delighted to be the opening speaker at this annual event. My talk will be connected to the service aspects (think customer service) of the important work of these individuals. I’ll also have a table at this event and will be offering my books at a sizable discount.
This is a two-day event, I will be on-site for the opening morning presentation on October 11, 2019.
