Workplace communications are vital to the job performance of all employees. Often, multigenerational teams report increased challenges with communication. Developing a better understanding of five generations active in our workplace today and exploring new ways to improve communication while working across the generational framework will help participants be more effective at building rapport and credibility, enhancing their listening skills, and improving feedback conversations.
This course is appropriate for all levels of the organization and will specifically benefit team leaders, supervisors, and managers by highlighting communication tactics for work groups and teams.
